51-100 Occupants: $225.00

Over 100 Occupants: $500.00



This permit may require other prerequisite permits such as, OSTDS Operating Permit and Limited-Use Well Permit. Please contact our office for more information.


The Florida Department of Health in Alachua County (DOH-Alachua) regulates the Migrant Labor Camps and Residential Migrant Housing in Alachua County. This governing provides sanitation and health standards relating to construction, operation, and maintenance of migrant labor camps and residential migrant housing. Please contact our Environmental Health Section for assistance and guidance in obtaining a permit. Permits must be renewed annually.
