Vaccinations for School
The following vaccines are required for school All children ages 6 weeks through age 18 can receive free childhood vaccines. Anyone ages 19 and older may qualify for another free limited selection vaccine program, otherwise, for those clients 19 years and above there is a fee for vaccines. Federal regulations now require us to collect insurance information for all clients regardless of age.
There are a few steps to take before your visit:
- Please read the appropriate Vaccine Information Statement (VIS).
- Please visit our Expedite Your Visit page, print the appropriate forms, fill them out and bring them with you to your visit.
