Report a disease 24/7

It also houses regional programs in Tuberculosis and Sexually Transmitted Diseases for a 16 county area. There are over 90 diseases and conditions listed as reportable. Outbreaks of any disease, any case, cluster of cases, or exposure to an infectious disease, condition, or agent found in the general community or setting (e.g. school) should also be reported.
